In March 2009 we headed off as a family on our first international trip to Fiji. As expected, the holiday was relaxing (we were on Fiji time after all), the weather perfect (albeit a little stormy in the afternoons), the people friendly and amazing and we had a blast immersing ourselves in the culture and available activities.
